3 Simple Steps To Make Your Google XML Sitemap Auto-Discoverable

1. Find or Create your robots.txt file.  This needs to be in your main directory.  For example, mine is at http://michaelmindes.com/robots.txt
2. Add the following code to your robots.txt:

Sitemap: http://www.yourdomainhere.com/sitemap.xml

Mine looks like this:

Sitemap: http://michaelmindes.com/sitemap.xml

3. Upload your new robots.txt file to your main directory.
